Terms of Service

Effective as of January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Diagnostic Cleanliness.

By accessing and using the Diagnostic Cleanliness website and platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Diagnostic Cleanliness is a commercial cleaning diagnostics platform designed to help facilities managers and office leaders identify and solve workplace cleanliness challenges. Our Service provides diagnostic reasoning, problem mapping, customized solution recommendations, and advisory guidance based on your facility's specific conditions, scheduling constraints, and operational needs.

The Service is provided on an advisory basis. While we apply rigorous diagnostic methodology to understand your cleanliness challenges, the implementation of any recommendations remains your responsibility. We do not provide direct cleaning services, nor do we guarantee specific outcomes from following our guidance.

All content, materials, design, methodology, diagnostic frameworks, reports, and recommendations provided through the Service are the exclusive property of Diagnostic Cleanliness or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the selection and arrangement of content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

Diagnostic reports and recommendations generated specifically for your facility are provided for your confidential use. You may share these reports internally with relevant staff members, but may not republish, resell, or distribute them to third parties without written permission.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. By providing information to the Service, you grant Diagnostic Cleanliness the right to use, analyze, and process that information to deliver diagnostic recommendations and improve our Service. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our recommendations are advisory in nature and should be evaluated by qualified professionals before implementation. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including facility conditions, staff training, product selection, and execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Diagnostic Cleanliness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not paid anything, shall not exceed one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed.
